Each team must have exactly 3 members. A coach is optional.

Faculty members are not eligible to compete (only to coach).
Yes, registration is completely free. There may be a nominal participation fee payable as per official ICPC guidelines - check the official announcement.
Yes! As long as all team members are enrolled at the same university, they can be from any department or faculty.
ICPC typically allows C, C++, Java, Python, and Kotlin. The final list will be confirmed in the contest environment details.
A coach (faculty advisor) is not mandatory for platform registration. However, some ICPC regions may require an official coach designation.
